Responsibilities

• Manage daily repair workflow and allocate jobs to technicians.
• Lead, manage and develop the technician team.
• Ensure job cards are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor open and ageing repairs and drive completion.
• Manage repair turnaround times and technician productivity.
• Collaborate with Spares and Service Centre teams.
• Produce and review repair performance reports.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety and discipline.
• Continuously improve repair processes and turnaround times.
• Handle escalated technical and customer-related repair issues.
