Placements24 is seeking a Specialist Recruitment Consultant to focus on the renewable energy market from our Upington office in Northern Cape. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for engineers, project managers, technicians, and site supervisors, building strong relationships with local clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years recruitment experience in Renewable Energy or related technical fields.
• Proven track record placing niche technical and engineering talent.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Office-based role in Upington, Northern Cape.
