Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in technology recruitment.
• Strong understanding of software development roles (full-stack, front-end, back-end).
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and client relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for full-stack, front-end, and back-end roles.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for developers.
• Build relationships with tech clients and understand their tech stacks and project needs.
• Conduct in-depth technical screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate skills.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from outreach to onboarding.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
• Stay current with programming languages and industry trends.
• Ensure a top-tier candidate experience in a remote setting.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams in a fully remote environment.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics in the ATS.
