• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or within a recruitment role focused on software development.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring full-stack developers.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview highly qualified full-stack developers for various client requirements.
• Utilize a wide array of recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche job boards.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of skilled full-stack developers for current and future opportunities.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and technical leads to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, programming languages, and development methodologies relevant to full-stack roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and manage recruitment activities within our ATS.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their job search.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets.
