Job summary

Placements24 seeks a highly experienced Remote Structural Engineer to lead design for large-scale projects worldwide. You will oversee conceptualization through construction documentation, perform advanced analysis, and ensure compliance with international codes while coordinating with global teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's or PhD in Structural Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and a PE license or international equivalent.

Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in Structural Engineering required.
10+ years of progressive experience in structural engineering design, with large-scale project involvement.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification.
Expert proficiency in advanced structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) and BIM tools (Revit Structure).
Deep understanding of international building codes and design standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the structural design process for major projects, from conceptualization through to construction documentation.
Perform advanced structural analysis using state-of-the-art software for seismic, wind, and other load conditions.
Develop detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports that meet international standards.
Collaborate with project teams, clients, and regulatory bodies across different geographical locations.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for structural design and analysis.
Conduct peer reviews of structural designs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
