Placements24 is seeking a data-driven Remote Real Estate Analyst to support operations across the Western Cape, including Stellenbosch. You will conduct market research, analyze property data, and generate insights to inform investment strategies and development decisions.

This role is remote with no physical office, requiring strong quantitative skills, independence, and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python to model markets and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate analysis or market research.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel, SQL and Python; capable of financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive market research across Western Cape real estate sectors.
• Analyze property data (sales, rents, demographics, economic indicators) for trends.
• Develop financial models and feasibility studies for investments and developments.
• Prepare reports and presentations with strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
