Placements24 is seeking a Remote Real Estate Data Scientist to join a globally distributed team. You will build predictive models, process large real estate datasets, and derive insights to drive investment decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in data science with ML, strong Python/R skills, and SQL; collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams is essential in a remote, distributed setup.

Competenze

• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, CS, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist with real estate or financial data.
• Proven expertise in statistical modeling and ML algorithms; strong experimental design.
• Proficiency in Python or R and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large databases; data visualization proficiency.
