Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in e-commerce management, platform development, or a similar role, with a significant focus on online sales.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing e-commerce platforms, demonstrating quantifiable results.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, CRO, and SEO best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the company's e-commerce platform(s).
• Develop and execute a roadmap for website enhancements, feature implementations, and platform upgrades to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, IT, customer service) and external vendors to ensure seamless platform functionality and integration.
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value, and implement strategies to optimize them.
• Manage the product catalog, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, imagery, and pricing.
• Conduct regular A/B testing and user research to identify opportunities for optimizing the customer journey.
• Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance the platform.
• Develop and manage the e-commerce platform budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any platform-related issues promptly.
