You will manage a remote team, optimize the customer journey, and collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and operations to deliver ROI and growth. A strong background in e-commerce platforms and analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in e-commerce management with proven online sales growth.
• Experience with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce and digital marketing tools.
• Strong SEO/SEM, content strategy, and social media plan.
• Analytical with ability to translate data into action.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and retention.
• Oversee platform management, UX optimization, and CRO.
• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO/SEM, social, email, affiliates).
• Manage product catalog, pricing, and promotions.
