Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of diverse construction projects from a fully remote setting. You will manage lifecycles, coordinate with on-site teams, and ensure budgets and timelines are met with top-tier quality and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of progressive PM experience, with a proven ability to lead teams remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams remotely.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract law, and project finance.
• Proficiency in PM software such as Procore and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects remotely, from initiation through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Facilitate effective communication between remote stakeholders, on-site teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement processes, contract administration, and change order management.
• Implement and monitor risk management strategies to address issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
