Placements24 is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead complex, remote construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for profitability, quality and client satisfaction while guiding cross-functional teams across diverse sites and programs.

The ideal candidate will have a decade of experience in construction management, strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities, and a deep understanding of contracts and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management delivering large projects.
• Extensive knowledge of contracts, regulations and best practices.
• Proven leadership, negotiation and strategic planning abilities.
• Experience with remote work using project management and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of major construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and foster a high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement project strategies to meet financial and operational objectives.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Enforce rigorous quality control and safety standards across projects.
• Mitigate risks and resolve lifecycle issues.
