Placements24 is seeking a highly qualified Remote Aviation Safety Officer to lead SMS development and oversee safety across its global operations. This senior role requires expert knowledge of ICAO Annex 19, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk management.

You will collaborate with flight operations, maintenance, and ground handling remotely, deliver safety training, analyze data, and report to senior leadership while promoting a strong safety culture across diverse locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in aviation safety management, operations, or regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing SMS.
• Knowledge of ICAO Annex 19, SACAA regs, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration capabilities.
