Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the industrial and manufacturing sectors from our office in Soweto, Gauteng. You will engage clients, analyze needs, source qualified professionals, conduct interviews, and negotiate offers.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in recruitment, strong manufacturing sector knowledge, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to hit targets.

Qualifications

This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiter who excels at connecting skilled professionals with leading companies in these dynamic industries. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from client engagement and needs analysis to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.
