Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a consultancy.
• Track record of placing candidates in senior or specialized roles.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, employer branding, and talent attraction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with sophisticated recruitment tools and analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex recruitment projects for key clients, ensuring timely and successful placements.
