You will mentor junior team members, drive client engagement, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and expand client relationships, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining the firm’s high professional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a consultancy.
• Track record of placing candidates in senior or specialized roles.
