Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the full hiring process from intake with leadership to the final offer, partnering across our Sales, Design, Development and Strategy teams to build elite talent.

This role suits a recruiter’s instinct who loves pursuing passive candidates in a fast-moving environment where impact is visible daily, with remote options across LATAM or South Africa.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• High accountability mindset; able to work without micromanagement.
• Global perspective; comfortable across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and a passion for automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from intake call to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across LATAM, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, respectful Blacksmith experience for every candidate.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast.
• Keep a data-driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers in the loop.
