Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting in tech, digital, or creative industries.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from intake call to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across LATAM, South Africa, and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, respectful candidate experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast.
