Blacksmith Agency LLC is looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to build a elite, fast-moving team. You will own the hiring process end-to-end, collaborating with leadership to source top talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.

This role suits a recruiter who loves the chase of passive candidates and wants to make a visible daily impact in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech, digital or creative agency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Global perspective and comfort across time zones and cultures.

Responsabilités

• Own the full hiring cycle from intake with leadership to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, Blacksmith-standard candidate experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in the ATS and update hiring managers.

• A high accountability mindset that does not need micromanaging.
• A global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and a love of streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
