Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the full-cycle hiring process across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy. You will act as a brand ambassador and talent scout, partnering with leadership to source top talent in a fast-moving team.

This is a remote role, with candidates across Latin America, South Africa, and beyond. You will build a strong pipeline, maintain a high-touch candidate experience, and drive hiring decisions with data-driven processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting in tech, digital, or creative agency environments.
• Ability to manage the hiring process from intake to offer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from intake with leadership to the final offer.
• Source and engage talent across regions including Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide a seamless Blacksmith standard experience for every candidate.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move quickly.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers in the loop.
