Our client, a well-established recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to focus on the Manufacturing and Operations sectors. This role is crucial for identifying and attracting skilled professionals for key positions within these industries. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles within manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and logistics.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, industry databases, and direct outreach.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and cultural fit for manufacturing environments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the manufacturing and operations sectors, understanding their specific talent requirements and business objectives.
• Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for common and niche roles within the sector.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, screen candidates, and facilitate the interview process.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, labor market conditions, and compensation benchmarks within the manufacturing and operations sectors.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with a significant focus on Manufacturing and Operations roles.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in roles such as Production Managers, Operations Managers, Supply Chain Specialists, Quality Control Engineers, and skilled trades.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry landscape in **South Africa**, particularly within the **North West** province.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment in **Mahikeng, North West, ZA**.
