• Leadership/management experience within a recruitment environment.

• Ensure the highest quality of candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on talent market trends, compensation, and retention strategies.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and achieve performance targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Mpumalanga region and beyond.

About the Role

Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their Manufacturing and Operations recruitment division in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga . This senior role involves overseeing recruitment strategies for clients in the manufacturing sector, focusing on operational leadership, supply chain, and production roles. You will be responsible for managing a team, driving business development, and ensuring the successful placement of high-calibre candidates. Requirements

• Significant proven experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain roles.

• Strong understanding of operational processes, manufacturing environments, and relevant technical skills.
• Proven business development and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with the South African manufacturing sector and its talent needs.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
