Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end process for real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Coordinate comprehensive due diligence including financial, legal, environmental, and inspections.
• Negotiate letters of intent, purchase agreements and closing documents.
• Liaise with legal counsel, brokers, appraisers, lenders and other third parties.
• Develop and manage transaction budgets and timelines for timely completion.
• Analyze financial models and investment returns for potential acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and criteria.
• Coordinate with asset & property management teams for post-closing handover.
