Placements24 seeks a remote Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to identify and secure investment properties across markets, with emphasis on the South African landscape. You will perform due diligence, financial analysis, and negotiate purchases to expand a diversely sourced portfolio.

Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, sourcing deals, or a related role.
Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, financial modeling, and market analysis.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to structure profitable deals.

Responsibilities

Proactively source and identify potential off-market real estate acquisition opportunities.
Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and property assessments, for potential deals.
Analyze deal structures, underwriting, and prepare investment memos for the acquisition team.
Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with sellers and their representatives.
Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, brokers, and other sources of off-market deals.
Collaborate virtually with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth closing processes.
