Placements24 is seeking a Senior Real Estate Negotiator to join our hybrid team in Randburg, Gauteng. You will manage negotiations for a diverse property portfolio, liaising between buyers, sellers, attorneys, and lenders to facilitate successful transactions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in real estate negotiation and a proven ability to close complex deals, with strong contract knowledge and excellent communication skills. Hybrid work and in-person meetings are part of the role.
