Placements24 partners with a leading property development company in Benoni, Gauteng, to hire an experienced Real Estate Development Manager. You will lead major developments from concept through construction, with oversight of feasibility studies, zoning, budgeting, and leasing strategies, ensuring projects meet timelines and regulatory standards.

You will build strong client and government relationships, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive market analysis, site selection, and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in real estate development with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and timelines.
• Strong understanding of construction practice, legislation, and negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all real estate development projects from initial planning to handover.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and site selection for Benoni opportunities.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout design/construction.
• Secure permits, approvals, and zoning variances from local authorities.
• Develop leasing and sales strategies for completed projects.
