Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in real estate development with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and timelines.
• Strong understanding of construction practice, legislation, and negotiation and leadership skills.

About the Role

Our client, a leading property development company, is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Real Estate Development Manager to lead significant projects in Benoni , Gauteng. This role demands a strategic visionary with a proven track record in managing the full development lifecycle, from concept and feasibility studies to construction, leasing, and project completion. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
