Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying with 8+ years of building project experience.
• CCS certification is essential.
• Experience in contract law, insurances and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with SHEQ legislation and implementation.
• Site staff management including IR if needed.
• Experience in construction methods, measurement, scheduling.
• Led a small team of surveyors and mentored staff.
• Willingness to travel; ability to perform under high pressure.
