Qualifications

• BTech Quantity Surveying or BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Proven CCS experience – essential.
• Strong cost management and commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning and cost management across projects.
• Prepare estimates, tenders, and BOQ documentation.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and monthly valuations.
• Manage contract administration and final accounts.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders on commercial matters.
