Job summary

RPO Recruitment’s client is urgently seeking a Senior Building Quantity Surveyor based in Gauteng or Mpumalanga. The role requires a BTech/ BSc in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 10 years’ industry experience, with CCS competence and broad sector exposure.

The successful candidate will manage project cost control, procurement, contracts and financial reporting for multiple developments, ensuring commercial viability and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications

• BTech Quantity Surveying / B.Sc Quantity Surveying or similar.
• 10+ years’ experience in quantity surveying or related field.
• Experience across commercial, retail, education, leisure, industrial and residential environments.
