Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Master’s or PhD).
• Minimum 5 years of quantitative analysis, financial modeling, or algo trading experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or R with data manipulation libraries.
• Deep understanding of stochastic calculus, time series analysis, statistics, and ML techniques.
• Experience with financial data sources/platforms such as Bloomberg or Refinitiv.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial problems into quantitative solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and validate quantitative models for pricing, risk, and algo trading.
• Design back-testing frameworks to assess performance and robustness.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and traders to tailor quantitative solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, insights, and alpha opportunities.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented code in Python, C++, or R.
• Stay updated with academic research and industry best practices in quantitative finance.
• Contribute to development of the firm’s automation and tooling stack.
• Communicate complex results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
