Requires a Bachelor's in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, 4+ years in quality engineering, ISO 9001 knowledge, and strong SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis skills, plus excellent analytical and documentation abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Industrial/Mechanical Engineering).
• Minimum 4 years of quality engineering or quality systems experience.
• Proven experience implementing/maintaining ISO 9001 or equivalent standards.
• Strong SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis and quality-tool proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills; auditing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001.
• Perform internal audits to verify QMS compliance and identify improvements.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement CAPA.
• Create and manage quality control procedures and inspection plans for materials and products.
• Train and mentor staff on quality procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure quality throughout the lifecycle.
