Penta Consulting seeks a senior QA engineer with 7–10 years of experience in software testing within banking, payments and fintech settings. You will cover functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, certification and conformance testing, plus API testing and data validation.

You will coordinate multiple vendors, operate in regulated financial services environments, and support Agile, Scrum and Waterfall delivery while contributing to test governance and audit trails.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent software-testing certification is advantageous.
• Additional banking, payments, project delivery, Agile, or quality assurance certifications are beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in software testing and quality assurance environments.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience within banking, payments, financial services, fintech, or payment scheme environments.
• Demonstrated experience in functional, system integration, user acceptance, end-to-end, regression, certification, and conformance testing.
• Proven experience with API testing, web services, message-based integration testing, and data validation.
• Experience coordinating multiple third-party vendors, participant organisations, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience operating within regulated financial services environments.
• Strong defect management, test governance, quality assurance, and audit-evidence practices.
• Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
