Penta Consulting seeks a senior QA engineer with 7–10 years of experience in software testing within banking, payments and fintech settings. You will cover functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, certification and conformance testing, plus API testing and data validation.

You will coordinate multiple vendors, operate in regulated financial services environments, and support Agile, Scrum and Waterfall delivery while contributing to test governance and audit trails.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent software-testing certification is advantageous.
• Additional banking, payments, project delivery, Agile, or quality assurance certifications are beneficial.

• Working knowledge of SQL, data reconciliation, and data-validation techniques.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet demanding deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payment switching, real-time payments, interoperable payment ecosystems, and certification testing is advantageous.
