Job summary

Network International, a leading fintech company, seeks a Junior QA Analyst to join its growing team in Johannesburg. You will execute manual and automated testing, validate requirements, and ensure quality before release across web, mobile, and API services.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in software testing, exposure to fintech/payments, and familiarity with Playwright or similar automation tools. The role emphasizes collaboration in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Relevant QA certifications will be an added advantage.
• 1 to 2 years of software testing experience in web, mobile, or API applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand requirements, write and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and API testing.
• Log defects clearly using Jira with steps and evidence; retest fixes.
• Support QA activities and maintain test documentation and plans.
• Collaborate with Developers, Analysts, and Product Owners in an Agile environment.
