Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for frontend and backend systems.
Collaborate with developers to embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Create integration and automated test suites using Robot Framework and Selenium.
Conduct API and performance testing using tools like Postman and JMeter.
Plan test strategies, coordinate execution, and monitor quality metrics.
Mentor QA resources and enforce governance and quality gates.
Drive continuous improvement and present detailed test reports to stakeholders.
Manage quality risks and provide mitigation plans.
