Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in property/portfolio management within real estate.
• Experience with commercial and/or residential portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of lease agreements, property maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Familiarity with property laws and regulations in SA, Gauteng.
• Proven ability to develop budgets and financial analyses.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties for performance and profitability.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations across sites.
• Develop strategic plans for property enhancement and value appreciation.
• Handle tenant relations, inquiries, disputes, and lease compliance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and risk assessments.
• Prepare detailed financial reports including budgets and cash flow.
• Source service providers and manage contractors and security staff.
• Ensure compliance with property laws, codes, and safety regulations.
• Create and manage annual operating budgets per property.
• Implement marketing strategies to minimize vacancies and improve occupancy.
