Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property/asset/portfolio management.
• Strong financial principles, budgeting, and investment analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for each property to enhance value and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis for the portfolio.
• Manage tenant relationships, lease negotiations, and occupancy targets.
• Coordinate with management, maintenance, and vendors for compliant properties.
• Conduct inspections and identify capital improvement opportunities.
• Analyze market conditions and adjust leasing and investment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and leasehold obligations.
