The role requires a track record of delivering large-scale commercial developments, robust financial modelling, and strategic leadership. A Master’s degree is advantageous and the company supports executive-level compensation and growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial property development management.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial developments from inception to completion.
• Deep knowledge of the Western Cape property market, zoning laws, and development regulations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in project financing and pro forma analysis.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure new commercial development opportunities.
• Manage all phases of the development process including due diligence, feasibility studies, and financial modelling.
• Oversee architectural, engineering, and construction planning and execution.
• Obtain permits, approvals, and zoning regulations.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with investors, government bodies, contractors, and tenants.
