Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in property management, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of South African property law and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, expenses, and rental income.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio).
• Willingness to travel within the Cape Town region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
• Develop maintenance schedules and supervise repairs.
• Manage tenant inquiries, disputes, and lease administration.
• Oversee rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor property management staff.
• Conduct property inspections and enhance value and tenant satisfaction.
