Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Property Development Manager to oversee major development projects in and around Tembisa, Gauteng. You will lead the full development lifecycle from site acquisition to handover, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 7 years of property development experience, and strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 7+ years of property development experience.
- Strong understanding of the development lifecycle, including planning, finance, construction, and legal aspects.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate development sites and conduct feasibility studies.
- Oversee design and planning phases to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate construction activities and manage timelines and budgets.
- Engage with government bodies, utility companies, and stakeholders for permits and approvals.
- Build relationships with investors, lenders, and community representatives.
- Ensure projects meet quality and sustainability standards.
