Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Property Development Manager to oversee major development projects in and around Tembisa, Gauteng. You will lead the full development lifecycle from site acquisition to handover, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 7 years of property development experience, and strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management

About the Role

This pivotal role involves managing the entire development lifecycle, from site acquisition and feasibility studies to planning, construction, and final handover. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential development sites, conducting thorough feasibility studies and due diligence.
