Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Lead Project Manager to direct and manage multiple high-impact projects from its Tembisa, Gauteng operations. You will mentor junior project managers, set project standards, and oversee resources to ensure alignment with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires over 10 years in project management, at least 5 in leadership, and formal certification (PMP/Prince2).

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Master's degree or equivalent; PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of major projects from inception to completion.
• Mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement standardized project management processes, tools, and templates.
• Oversee risk assessment and mitigation with robust contingency plans.
