The role requires a top-tier leader with deep market knowledge and a proven record of delivering complex developments in on-site environments, coordinating with multiple stakeholders in the Northern Cape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• RICS or similar qualification is highly desirable.
• Proven track record managing complex CRE development projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of commercial real estate development projects.
• Manage project budgets and ROI.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulators.
