Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SA property legislation, planning laws and building regs.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on acquisitions, zoning, land use and development rights.
• Draft, review and negotiate sale agreements, leases, construction and service contracts.
• Manage due diligence and ensure regulatory compliance across projects.
• Advise on sectional title schemes and management; liaise with external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and support dispute resolution related to development.
