Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of SA with 7+ years in property law and real estate development.
• In-depth knowledge of SA property and contract law.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex real estate agreements.
• Hybrid Benoni, Gauteng scheduling and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on all aspects of real estate development, including zoning, land use, and permitting.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, construction contracts, and other real estate-related documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence on potential property acquisitions.
• Manage property title searches, registration, and conveyancing processes.
• Advise on property financing arrangements and security documentation.
