- Admitted Attorney with at least 5 years of specialized experience in real estate transactional law.
- Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial real estate contracts.
- Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing, sectional title schemes and land use planning.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, leases and joint ventures.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial lease agreements, purchase agreements and financing documents.
- Conduct due diligence on properties including title searches and environmental assessments.
- Advise on property development, land use and zoning regulations.
- Liaise with external counsel, developers, authorities and stakeholders.
