Qualifications

• 5- to 10-years experience in logistics/supply chain
• Proven track record in sales growth and proposals
• Experience responding to tenders in procurement environments
• Project understanding in logistics projects (5+ years)
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed personal growth targets with profit/risk focus
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry bodies
• Develop customized solutions with other business units
• Grow SSA Projects sales pipeline and achieve yearly targets
• Own end-to-end tender processes for opportunities
• Keep abreast of global and country developments affecting trade
• Lead market and competitor analysis for value proposition improvements
• Coordinate resources to deliver on retention and growth strategies
