DSV is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Projects, Air & Sea in South Africa. You will drive SSA Project growth, manage the tender process end-to-end, and build relationships with key clients and industry bodies.

The role requires experience in logistics, travel readiness, and a proven sales growth track record. You will own strategy execution for SSA Projects, coordinate with multiple business units, and lead new opportunities across Africa with executive engagement.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in logistics/supply chain
• Proven track record in responding to tenders in procurement
• Own reliable vehicle and valid endorsed driver’s license
• Ability to travel locally and internationally

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed personal growth targets with acceptable profit and risk profile
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry bodies
• Collaborate with business units to tailor solutions for Projects
• Manage SSA Projects development pipeline and hit annual targets
• Own end-to-end tender process for opportunities
• Stay updated with regulatory developments affecting SSA trade
• Perform competitor and market data analysis for value proposition
• Lead procurement compliance and contract negotiations with executive sponsorship
• Grow Projects, Mining and Oil & Gas verticals with new opportunities
