Job summary

ENGIE South Africa is seeking a qualified Project Planner to join the Projects team. The role will base at the Oya Site or headquarter, supporting the successful delivery of the project by developing, integrating and controlling the schedule across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

The candidate must have strong Primavera P6 experience and be able to provide reliable schedule information, early warnings and recovery options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related technical discipline.
• Professional certification in project planning, project controls or project management advantageous.
• Primavera P6 certification will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update the integrated master schedule for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out.
• Establish WBS, schedule coding, calendars, milestones and critical path aligned with the project execution plan.
• Prepare and manage the baseline schedule using Primavera P6, MS Project or equivalent.
