RPO Recruitment is seeking a skilled Project Planner to join its Project Controls Team in Johannesburg. The role focuses on developing and maintaining schedules, monitoring progress, and supporting risk management across engineering and construction projects.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Primavera P6 experience and strong knowledge of NEC/FIDIC contracts, plus a drive to optimize planning and reporting for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-disciplinary engineering/construction project environments.
• Hands-on Primavera P6 planning and controls experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of estimating, tendering, and contract administration (NEC/FIDIC).
• Strong analytical, planning, and scheduling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for engineering and construction activities.
• Create baseline schedules and monitor performance against milestones.
• Support project execution through effective planning and scheduling strategies.
